It's all over in a flash, isn't it!!
So what's all the fuss about. Well ... FOR THE FIRST TIME the bloody ball went straight.
The shot was not perfect … but it does the job.

What are the ingredients that helped me improve?
- Having a number of long held myths dispelled
- Clearly understanding the goal I was seeking
- Understanding the tools I have at my disposal (body and mind)
- Having some simple exercises that enabled me to change my habits
- Understanding what makes it easy and what makes it hard
- Proving to myself that if I follow the process it delivers the results.
It’s just the same for actors.
The next step for me is to practice the skills and work at building good habits.
