DATES: Sunday 30th October to 11th December 2016 (4 hour sessions) NO CLASS ON 6th NOV
TIMES: 2.00pm - 6.00pm (ALSO AVAILABLE WEEKNIGHTS)
VENUE: The Rehearsal Room, 18 Clendon Road, Armadale.

 

Build on the skills developed in the "Acting for Television Introductory Workshop". This workshop is open to any actor who believes their performance process is above the basics.

- more knowledge, more experience and more confidence -

Work on active listening, build moments of surprise and develop impulse skills. The aim, to produce a confident, open and relaxed screen 'inter-actor'. Make your process work for you.

Understand how impulses work - how we can trust them - how we can control them.

WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

MAXIMUM OF 8 ACTORS per class. BRING A USB STICK or AN SD CARD TO RECORD YOUR WORK. (For info on the type of SD Card click here.)
This workshop is for those who have an understanding of the fundamentals of acting process. It re-enforces established skills and has a special emphasis on listening and responding to impulse. It will build trust and confidence, and strengthen skills in playing 'moments of surprise'. On the final day participants will present their work to casting director Nick Hamon.
